These vintage cards are pretty close to being if not are in pack fresh condition you may see very minor white on the edges of the back of the card in some areas very minimal and that is just from age they have never been played just looked at and stored.

You will get free shipping. It will be standard USPS envelope, but they will be safe safely arranged so they do not get damaged, but please note I don’t control how the mail handles everything. On Rare Occasions it has happened were they where probably a little to aggressive with the PKG, if this ever did happen please reach out to me.
