Shipping

We strive to ship your purchase promptly after payment. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. If your item is damaged during shipping, please retain the item, the box, and all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. We may need your assistance in providing photographs to file a claim with the carrier.

If the package is damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. Items may be missing, and the post office will have to fix the issue

Delivery times

Once the post office has your item, its delivery speed is outside my control.  I can only confirm it's been handed over and provide tracking information if available.  Delivery times depend on the postal service.

View photos thoroughly

Please remember that most items, especially vintage or pre-owned, may show signs of age or normal wear and tear. We highlight major issues in the photos and description. If you need additional photos or have questions about the posted images, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted and will be fully refunded if the item is returned in its original condition. Please note that if there are any damages or missing parts, the refund will be partial. Thank you for understanding
