Jordan Brand offers a fresh take on the Jordan 1 Mid silhouette with the Air Jordan 1 Mid Triple White 2.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Triple White 2 features an ultra-clean white leather-look throughout, giving the design a luxury look. The signature Jumpman logo and Jordan's Wings logo are featured on the tongue and collar, respectively. At the bottom of the sneaker, a white sole completes the design.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Triple White 2 released in June of 2020 and retailed for $115.

Inspired by the 1985 original, the Air Jordan 1 Mid sneaker remembers the legendary basketball shoe that took MJ through his rookie year and first All-Star game appearance. This ‘Triple White’ version features all-white from heel to toe, sporting a mixed leather and synthetic construction along its upper. A debossed Wings logo hits the ankle collar, while a rubber outsole features the classic Jordan 1 modified herringbone pattern.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Triple White 2019 is a mid-top sneaker from the Air Jordan 1 lineup in a ‘Triple White’ colorway. 

Dressed in an all-white color scheme, this sneaker features an upper with a smooth leather base and tumbled leather overlays. Other details include a debossed ‘Wings’ emblem on the collar in a matching tone, tonal Swooshes, flat white laces, and a branded tongue tag. The upper rests on the trademark Air Jordan 1 sole unit in a matching tone. The insole features a Jumpman logo in a slightly contrasting tone.

During a special exhibition game in 1985, Michael Jordan dunked a basketball powerful enough to shatter the backboard.

In honor of the event, Nike's Jordan Brand crafted a special edition of the classic Air Jordan 1 silhouette. The sneaker features a limited edition Black/White-Starfish colorway. The "Air Jordan" insignia displays itself prominently on the upper sides of the shoe, and an orange Swoosh logo stands out in stark contrast to the white parts of the AJ1 Mid Shattered Backboard. To top things off, a shattered backboard graphic adorns the insole of the silhouette.

The Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid 'Shattered Backboard' looks back on a fabled moment in basketball history when then-rookie Michael Jordan shattered the hoop's backboard during a 1985 exhibition game in Italy. Surfaced in September 2019, the sneaker represents the legend's Stefanel jersey in black nubuck with contrasting tumbled leather and 'Starfish' Swooshes. The Wings emblem remains on the ankle and a Jumpman is seen on the tongue. An Air-assisted rubber cupsole stays classic.
