Packaging, Postage & Payments

Our postage and packaging (P&P) fees cover only the cost of materials and shipping.

We use high-quality packaging materials, and whenever possible, we strive to use recycled materials.

Additional charges may apply for the following locations: the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Central, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.

Zone C - Extra charges apply for items over 2kg to the following postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, HS, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH50.

We dispatch orders daily from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for options.

We accept payment via PayPal. Please note that if your payment is processed as an eCheque, your order will not be dispatched until the payment clears, which can take up to 10 days. This delay is a PayPal process, and any concerns should be directed to PayPal.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of the return.

Items must be returned in resalable condition, including the original packaging. Returns after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return postage.

In case of damage or shortages, please notify us immediately through eBay messaging, including photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

For faulty or damaged items, photos are required before a claim can be processed. Please note that due to carrier policies, damaged goods will be refunded rather than replaced.

Items sent via Royal Mail may take up to 10 working days, according to Royal Mail's terms and conditions. Claims for 'Items Not Received' will only be considered after 10 working days from dispatch and will not be accepted after 30 days.
