Change Address -We do not provide a modified address. If you find that the address is incorrect, please cancel the order and place a new order with your correct address.
Cancelled Transactions -If you want to cancel the transaction, please contact with us at first time, we can cancel it before we ship it. We cannot cancel it if item has already been shipped.
Received Wrong Item/Not as Described - We're humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them, in a way that the buyer prefers. If the received item is wrong or not as the same as pictures shown in the product listing, we will require you to send clear actual photo/s of the received item, along with its package (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be certain and for record purposes.
DOA/Damaged Upon Receipt - We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. If you received a damaged item, which might have been caused by shipping, please send us photos of the received item along with its package (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping carrier so they can take further action.
Defective/Incompatible - We will carefully inspect the quality of the product before shipment. If you receive the product and find any defects. We require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item (for incompatibility issues) so we can compare the items and conduct necessary actions.
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. You have the option for a full-refund or an exchange of the item. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the USA.
If you want to Return the item, Please simply return to us within 30 Days in original condition. We will give you full refund when we receive it without damage. Note please: The Buyer Should Pay for the Returned Freight.
