An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Chinese Export Silver bowl; an addition to our Chinese/Asian silverware collection
Description
This exceptional Chinese Export Silver (CES) bowl has a circular rounded form.
The body of this antique Chinese silver bowl is embellished with threepierced and chasedtraditional oriental undulating dragons amidst cloud designs, all on a matte background.
The decoration to the body incorporates a tear shaped vacant cartouche to one side, encased by an incurved border.
The upper rim of this fine CES bowl is encircled with an applied moulded border.
The bowl is supported by a circular spreading foot accented with four incurved shaped bracket style feet.
This impressive example of Chinese Export Silver is fitted with a green coloured glass liner.
