Nozzle
The nozzle can atomize diesel into fine particles, increasing the contact area with air, allowing the diesel to burn more completely and improving combustion efficiency.

Fuel Pump
The oil pump extracts diesel from the fuel tank and delivers it to the injector nozzle. It features high-pressure output, strong durability, and precise control, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the burner.

Air Regulating Damper
By adjusting the air flow, the air damper ensures that the mixing ratio of fuel and air reaches the best state, thus optimizing the combustion efficiency and stabilizing the combustion process.

Controller
The burner can operate fully automatically through its built-in controller, which is responsible for automatically igniting and starting the burner, as well as safely shutting it down in the event of a fault alarm. Additionally, it can be connected to the control system of the heated equipment, enabling remote control and one-touch start/stop functionality.

Pure Copper Motor
The pure copper motor features high efficiency, strong durability, and excellent stability. It provides stable power to the burner, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the equipment, while reducing energy consumption and prolonging equipment life.

Viewing Port
Through the viewing port, operators can directly observe whether the flame has formed in the combustion chamber, as well as its color, shape, and stability after formation, to determine whether the combustion is sufficient.

1. After the burner and the heated equipment are installed, first check whether the fuel supply pipeline network is correctly installed and if there are any leaks.

2. Ensure the switch on the burner is in the "off" position.

3. Check whether the electrical wiring is correct and whether the motor rotation direction is correct.

4. Open all valves on the external pipeline of the burner.

5. Address any safety concerns, such as fire prevention measures, safe distance from the heated equipment, and whether the heating method meets safety requirements.

After confirming that all the above items are correct, conduct a no-load test run (without supplying fuel) to check whether the burner operation program is normal, to confirm that there is no error before normal operation.

After starting the burner, check whether each step of the startup and operation process is functioning normally. If any step fails, the burner will stop working, and it can only be restarted after the fault is resolved.

Burner Startup Method:
First, purge air from the fuel pump and fuel supply pipeline to ensure the fuel pump head is filled with fuel, prohibit idling oil pump. Press the start switch, and the burner will automatically operate according to the programmed sequence.

If the burner indicates an automatic shutdown due to a fault, the cause of the fault must be checked. Continuous operation is not allowed.
