Leach pottery stoneware breakfast bowl standard ware.

Leach Standard ware is difficult to date and impossible to say who made it other than they were employed at the Leach pottery, St Ives.

The first catalogue was produced in 1946 right up until 1976.

Standard ware production stopped shortly after Bernard Leach died in 1978.

The bowl is in good condition and measures 15cm in diameter and 7cm in height.

It is free from any cracks, chips or repairs.

There is a clear impressed mark for the Leach St Ives pottery together with the impressed ENGLAND stamp.
