A PSA graded GEM MINT 10 - 1984 Topps Nestle card of Hall of Famer Bruce Sutter of the St. Louis Cardinals.

The 1984 Topps Nestle set was originally released in uncut sheet form and produced in much more limited quantities than the regular 1984 Topps baseball set. The Nestle cards are nearly identical to the standard issue 1984 Topps release featuring the same photos and card numbers, but have the "Nestle" logo replacing the "Topps" logo on the fronts and backs of the cards.

A majority of the individual Nestle cards on the market have been professionally cut (thus the "hand cut" designation from PSA) and it has resulted in most cards receiving at least a NM-MT PSA 8 grade. While no "official" print run was ever released for these cards, it is quite possible that it is significantly lower than the 1984 Topps Tiffany set that had a stated print run of 5,000 sets. According to the PSA Online Population Report, nearly twice as many 1984 Topps Tiffany cards total have been graded by PSA compared to the total number of 1984 Topps Nestle cards. With the exception of less than a dozen examples, most Nestle cards have a population of less than 100 examples graded total (for all grades combined) of that particular card with many having a total population of less than 10.

This example has sharp corners, no creasing, bold printing, good centering and clean borders. On the back of the card, there is a small printing imperfection to the right of the player's name, but otherwise the back is clean with bold printing.
