Here is a vintage Nitto-made Specialized stem with engraved logo on right side. January 1986 production date as indicated by T.O date code stamped on quill. 22.2mm quill and 26.0mm handlebar clamp. Stem size is 90mm and it has a 30 degree rise. Has brake cable pass-through hole. Light cosmetic surface wear shown in photos—stem is clean and complete.
