Among the last names included herein (mainly officers of the 2 societies) are: Campbell, McGucken, Malcolm & Montague (officers of the Kanawha Valley Society) + Higgins, Wilmoth & Callaway (officers of the New River Society).  Dr F S Meyer seems to be the emcee of the various meetings etc.

some remains of OLD, browning scotch tape by which this pamphlet was mounted into an album nearly 100 years ago; paper slightly toned; short tear at top of last leaf (i.e. pages [7] & [8]); NEAR VERY GOOD & quite sound
