This range of outliner comes in a range of metallic and glitter colours and is suitable for use on transparent surfaces like glass, acetate and polyester.
These cerne relief outliners can be used directly from the tube to design outline shapes and motifs before 'filling in' with Vitrail glass paint to imitate stained glass perfectly.
Each colour comes in a 20ml tube fitted with a fine nozzle for easy application.
