I see others calling them nobility crabs, but I'm no expert.  They look about the same species to me though so I'm putting them together.  I saw where someone else has one similar to the porcelain one, but they say it's French & they're asking over $100 for it.  He's old, but this one is marked Japan.  Very unusual though.

There are numerous jeweled hinged crabs out there, and I can see why - they're whimsical & this one's so sparkly too!

CONDITION:  See photos.  Hinged box works well, hinge is good.  I think there are a couple missing crystals on back area of claws (or they just painted with silver in the hole?). Orange porcelain crab has front claw damage on one side, pointed out in photo.
