Preordering allows you to guarantee to purchase a product. Preorders will have an estimated release date; once the item is delivered to us by the manufacturer, we will ship your order as soon as possible - please be aware that although we give release estimates given to us by the manufacturers, these are subject to change and can mean delays to release by weeks or even months.

CUSTOMS DUTY: For international buyers, please be aware that there may be Customs Import Duty for you to pay on items purchased from the UK. Please note that this is outside of our control. No customs tax applies to UK buyers.

Please be aware that European and International orders may be subject to customs and import fees depending on the country’s import laws.

Pre-orders can only be cancelled up to 10 working days before the release date. The item will still be shipped to you if it has not been cancelled within ten working days of the release date.

The buyer will be responsible for the return of the item including postage. Buyers will only be refunded once the item is returned in a new and sealed condition.

RETURNS:

Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, please get in touch with us ASAP to receive the item for a replacement or refund.

Imperfections: Imperfections like a small tear or other marks in the original manufacturer's cellophane wrap will not be accepted as a reason for return.

Loose Discs: Discs are sometimes knocked loose on their way to you. We have no control over this. Loose discs are not a reason to claim the item as damaged or faulty. Unless the case is damaged, we will not accept the return.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the item back from you.

In the case of a replacement or refund for defective items, WE will be responsible for the return postage.

If you have received the item but have changed your mind, then YOU will have to cover return shipping costs. To protect yourself against loss or damage we would recommend a tracked service. Make sure the item is to your satisfaction before you open it. If you have opened the steelbook, NO returns will be accepted, as we cannot sell the item as a new product.
