This is a FABULOUS Advent Calendar! It features a beautiful, hardwood case and a splendid, multi-colored Christmas scene on the front with town-folk admiring the Christmas window displays of the "Saint Nicholas Toy Shop". Ole' Saint Nick, himself, gazes out from a top-story window above them.
Turn the switch on back of the case from OFF to ON and you are now ready to open any of the 24 doors to claim your gift and hear one of twelve different Christmas Carols. The music plays until you close the door. The movement is of high quality and the songs thus sweet!
This has been removed from its box but was only tested and never actually used. I consider this "New in open box". The batteries seem to still have full life. There is no damage nor any wear to any part of the calendar inside or out... The box has only minor shelf wear but is in overall excellent condition.
