A very large antique map of Canterbury but it shows most of the coast of Kent from the Medway round to Sandgate in the south east.

There is no date on it but I should think it would be from just after 1888 as it is printed by John Bartholomew & Co. also known by the name of "The Edinburgh Geographical Institute." and that name was not used until 1888

The condition is very good considering it's age with only very slight browning to the edges of the sheet but none on the map itself.

It is Plate No. 61.  Printed on one piece of strong folded paper which measures 58.5 x 45 cms.
It will be sent rolled (but not too tightly) in a cardboard box.
