Made in Czechoslovakia.

They are "Lt. Sapphire" blue color stones.  
The front and back sides are faceted.  
They do not have a foil backing, so you can see through the glass.

These are point back oval stones,   
they are used inside a setting or with glue.
They do Not have a hole.

Size: 12 x 10mm
