Shipping Policy

• Delivery usually takes around 5-14 working days, depending on the destination. However, delivery time may extend due to the destination country's custom clearance process and dimensions of the package, for which PartsLINQ could not be held responsible.

Refund & Return Policy

• We provide a refund if the item has a defect prior to usage. 
• We provide a refund if the product doesn't fit properly. Please inform us within 3 days after you receive the product, and send descriptive details on the problem with pictures for confirmation.We provide a 70% refund or return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or bought the wrong item, under the premise that you have not installed the item yet and the item is intact without defects. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customers.
