- NO RETURNS OR REFUND. As the gifting system on RSI website (developers site) only allow 1 time gifting and item will be tied to the buyer's account.
- Item delivery may take 2 to 12 hours depending on the time zone of the buyer and seller.
- Item will be sent to the buyer's email address through a unique link attaching the item to your account on the RSI website. If the email is not specified, the link will be sent via private messages on eBay.
- To accept the item you need to click link provided in message and sign in your RSI account. Be careful to be logged into the correct RSI account when you use link in message containing the transmitted item (ship/upgrade). This link attach an item to your account (irreversibly).
- Tracking is provided by "Hangar Log" on the game developers website.

How to apply Paint (skin):
- Dock the ship in the hangar of your HOME (starting) location and open your character’s mobiglas. Select the section Vehicles => Liveries tab, click on the paint and save changes. You can also easily remove this skin to return your ship to its standard coloring. You can apply and remove the skin an unlimited number of times.
- If you are looking for paint and cannot understand why it is not there, most likely you removed it in another place and it is lying in your hangar at another location. You can find it by going to mobiglas, selecting the section "Assets" and select a filter "Liveries" in categories.
