I used these in my office - they are in very good condition and come with the 5 pockets and the hanger strap - no mounting hardware included.
May have scratches on wall side from previous mounting - front is in very good shape - small imperfections are a result of manufacturing - ask for photos of the actual 5 pieces you will receive if you are concerned about a possible pinprick somewhere on the front.
