It is not a cel-art sheet used for animation, but a thin plastic material on which characters and backgrounds are printed. It is a not-for-sale item that was won in a sweepstakes by Meiji Dairies. It is about 20 years old. The size of the frame is 32 cm (length) and 23 cm (width). The portion of the picture that can be seen is 26 cm (length) and 18 cm (width).
