Before showering, use the Body Brush on dry skin. Start on the left side of the body, and dry brush in either firm upward strokes or circular motions, starting at the feet and moving up the body. Always brush towards the heart; once at the neck and chest, brush downwards and inwards.
For best results, work dry brushing into your routine 2-3 times per week.
It is recommended to dry brush before showering. After dry brushing, bathe to remove all dead skin and debris, and to hydrate the skin. After showering, optionally use a treatment like the Body Contour Serum, and moisturize with the Body Butter or the Body Oil.
