I see no issues with the leather except near the zipper and that is in the photos.

The seams on the top sides have come unstitched in two small areas which can also be seen in the pictures.

There is tape on the hem as I am assuming the leather seal came loose.

I've seen this in several items so I am guessing that this is the way to do an at home fix.

Other than the things I have mentioned, this skirt is in beautiful condition!
