This 1985 UK digital stereo LP from London Records (411 894-1) features Bartók's complete ballet The Miraculous Mandarin as well as Music for Strings, Percussion and Celesta. The two works are performed by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Antal Dorati and accompanied by the Kenneth Jewell Chorale. Album notes are in English, French, and German, written by Timothy Day.

The outer sleeve has a very small tear around the middle of the spine. It also bears a collection index sticker in the upper right corner of the back (Photo 2). The inner sleeve is torn on the right side (Photo 3).

This is one of many titles from an extensive collection of classical LPs and CDs that we will be listing here. All have been carefully stored for many years, played only on premium equipment, and show little to no wear.
