The overall condition is clean because it was handled with care, although the leather part shows signs of wear. The nylon portion is durable and clean.
The reversible monogram side has never been worn with the monogram side facing out, so the monogram side is clean and almost unused.

The points of concern are,
The neck and sleeve ribs are a little whitish due to scuffing. (If you are concerned about this, please go to a repair shop. (If you are concerned about this, I think it is possible to dye the ribbed part black at a repair store.)
