A private sketchbook collection from Japanese animator Ryo Imamura — character designer and chief animation director on Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!, and a key animator on the Monogatari series (Bakemonogatari, Kizumonogatari), Mushoku Tensei and Pretty Boy Detective Club. Published by Anime Style, this 176-page B5 volume gathers the drawings he makes for himself rather than for a production: full-color pin-up girls, rapid pen and pencil sketches, character designs, chibi gag doodles, action and explosion scenes, and quiet landscape and background studies. Several pieces were drawn newly for this book.
