Delivery details

1.Contact MeWe only ship to confirmed eBay addresses. Your eBay address must match your shipping address.
2.The shipping carrier can not accept the PO BOX address. please provide your valid physical street address.

Return Policy & Warranty

1.All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.

2. All products have 1 year warranty service. Any component fails within warranty period should be sent back. We will replace the defective component immediately.

3. We offer 30days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and would like to return. * Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. P&H fees are non-refundable.

4.All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

5. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
