This is Helmet's Born Annoying 12" original demo as pressed by Amphetamine Reptile Records. Silkscreened Sleeve is designed by HAZE XXL on tan chipboard sleeve. This is the Underrated Crush Edition: Sleeve is in dark mint green ink. Vinyl is translucent electric aqua blue with heavy blue splatters throughout. Edition limited to 300 copies. 

Back of each sleeve is stamped with edition #.
