We provide free international shipping on all our items. Please understand that international shipping can be slower than expected at times due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping and customs are handled differently in each country which could add to further delay. Since this is international shipping there may be a customs fee or tax you will have to pay before you are able to pick up your item. We are not responsible for this additional fee. We do provide tracking numbers for all packages. If purchasing multiple items from us we may ship them in different packages due to warehouse locations of the items. All tracking numbers will be attached to you order. Due to how tracking numbers are displayed on the order page it may look like all have the same tracking. Be sure to check each item. Please contact us before opening a claim. We are more than willing to work out a solution.

We offer 30 day returns but you will be required to cover the cost of shipping. If you want to return because of a factory defect please contact us prior to opening a return for a possible easier solution. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.

Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies.
