Read! Tear in the sleeve! There’s a rip along the seam on the right sleeve, the underside, near the armpit. It’s about 2-3 inches. Could be sewn, easy fix right on the seam. It wouldn’t interfere with wearing it much, and especially if you cut off the sleeves!
