Read! Small rip in the sleeve right sleeve on the underside, near the armpit. It’s about 2” inches (see photo). Could be sewn, easy fix right on the seam. It wouldn’t interfere with wearing it much, and if you cut off the sleeves you don’t need to fix it. You can’t really see it when wearing the shirt.
