1) Recommended for single washing and machine washing at 40ºC or lower using the wool cycle.

2) Do not use bleach

3) Do not wash a large amount of towels together (5 or fewer towels recommended)

- When washing, a sufficient amount of water must be supplied to sufficiently submerge the towel in water to reduce the possibility of re-attachment of fine hair/fluff generated during washing to the towel.

4) Washing of the same color is recommended

- Fine hairs may attach to other fibers, giving the appearance of color transfer. We recommend washing with same colors whenever possible.

5) Wool course mode when using a drum washing machine

- When using a drum washing machine, be sure to select the wool cycle and add water.

6) Do not use fabric softener

- The use of fabric softener can reduce the absorbency of the towel and reduce the friction between the fiber strands that make up the thread, causing the fiber strands to break away and increase the generation of fine hair and fluff.

Accessories are not sold separately, so please be careful when using and storing them.

1) The tumbler you purchased has warming and cooling effects compared to the mug product without a lid, but it is not a completely sealed thermos, so it does not last longer than one hour.

2) Don't put too many drinks. Hot drinks can leak out and cause burns.

3) Do not contain carbonated or fermented beverages/food. There is a risk of injury due to an increase in internal pressure, causing the stopper to not close or bounce strongly.

4) If hot drinks are contained, keep them out of reach of children.

5) Be careful as the beverages you drink can be very hot. There is no exchange or refund for products damaged during use. (In the case of exchange due to a defect in the product itself, if there is no identical product, we will exchange it for a similar product.

6) Always make sure that the lid is tightly closed before drinking.

7) When opening and locking the lid, be sure to hold the middle part of the tumbler. (In the case of a tumbler with a handle, do not open or lock the lid by holding the handle. If excessive force is applied to the handle, it may be damaged.)

8) The cap on the lid prevents spilling of the beverage inside if the tumbler falls. Do not put a tumbler containing drinks in your bag as this does not completely prevent the drink from leaking out. (If you put the tumbler in the bag, it may leak and the inside may get wet.)

9) When locking the lid with a hot drink, open and lock the flip and press the flip to prevent expansion due to internal heat and air.

10) Before use, open the lid and wipe clean with detergent.

11) Be sure to hand wash. When drying, make sure the top is facing down.

12) Do not put in a microwave or freezer.

13) Do not use bleach or detergents containing chlorine.

14) Beverage may leak through the cap on the lid, so always make sure that the lid is tightly closed before drinking.

15) The lid is made to fit the tumbler purchased by the customer, and may not fit other tumblers.

16) If a strong impact (dropped during use) is applied, it may be damaged or crushed.

17) Cold cups are “only iced drinks products”. There is a risk of burns when using hot drinks, so please use only iced drinks.
