This 1986 digital stereo LP from CBS Masterworks (IM 42099) features two Quintets for Piano & Winds from Mozart and Beethoven. They are performed by Murray Perahia (piano), accompanied by soloists from the English Chamber Orchestra: Neil Black (oboe), Thea King (clarinet), Tony Halstead (horn), and Graham Sheen (bassoon). Album notes are in English, German and French, written by Phillip Ramey.
The outer sleeve has minor corner hits and shows a small collection index sticker in the upper right corner of the back (Photo 2).
This is one of many titles from an extensive collection of classical LPs and CDs that we will be listing here. All have been carefully stored for many years, played only on premium equipment, and show little to no wear.
