This is a high quality kit that will save lots of time and make the seat install easier. 


This is an Old School Trick so you don't have to waste time cutting some new carpet all up looking for the floor board threads!  Anyone who has done this knows what I'm talking about - we just simply install the studs first, then cut the carpet at that specific location, set the seats down, then bolt her down.
