XY Set, Promo Card - XY09 

This card was put in both a clear thin plastic sleeve AND a standard Pokemon TCG card sleeve right away and has remained in there all its life. All cards I list are under the assumption of a self-rating of NM (near mint condition) because of this, and there is no guarantee of any level of professional grading if you choose to send it to a grader. Please note all cards listed have been kept inside of a deck box, in a temperature-controlled room.
