• Australian Delivery Times: All delivery takes 6-10 days for major cities, 10-14 days for regional areas. These are working days and do not include weekends.
• A valid Tracking number will be provided, if you have any address issues or questions on the status please contact the carrier.
• Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and may take a bit longer to deilver.

• TRACKING: All orders are traceable through your local post tracking service with your tracking number provided and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept cases or disputes raised.
• We ship globally please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your parcel, in some cases and countries it can take longer.
• IMPORTANT DUTIES NOTE: International buyers – please note: Import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
