SHIPPING: Will be with Canada Post Expedited Parcel or with UPS Expedited United States in the lower 48 U.S. states. For International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico residents, exact shipping will be determined once the auction is ended and item(s) are weighed. Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes & fees within their Country’s Customs. Tracking information will be added to the auction listing once your purchase is shipped. Most foreign shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless buyer advises otherwise. Please ask for a shipping quote before bidding and/or purchasing.
COMBINE SHIPPING: If multiple auctions are won, items will be combined whenever possible, to save you money on shipping expenses. Note: some items can’t be combined. RETURNS: If for some reason an item(s) must be returned, shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is received in error, or has a problem and is my fault (not the manufacturer) shipping cost will be reimbursed. If an item received is not what the buyer wanted or purchased by mistake, shipping charges both ways are not refundable. Most electronics are also non-returnable since I would have no idea if they have been misused. If an item(s) is damaged due to shipping, we will contact the shipper and refund the purchase price but would need pictures of the item(s) and box damage. Again, shipping charges are non-refundable.
PAYMENT: Must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days of the auction closing date, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with E-Bay.
