This stunning chandelier has been in our family for years. I call it our Xanadu chandelier - because it blends art deco design with a '70s style that the Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly Xanadu movie exemplified.
We've been fortunate to live with this designer piece and it really is stunning. The half-facet prisms cast a wonderful light which twinkles to the eye of the bevels. One of my favorite perspectives is from underneath - which is weird because I have to lay on the kitchen floor, which is where my mom hung it. My mom and I share a love of lighting and what matters most is how a picture casts light when lit and this one does it so wonderfully.
something you might miss but I love pointing out are the lucite arch accents on the top row of the lights. The curve along the brass arch and add an extra touch of elegance & depth to this quality fixture.
I hope the pictures do justice and I had fun making the video which I hope you enjoy.
