The patterns are floral, violets and bellflowers.

They are not transferware design, the artist has signed each plate on the back with initials “S.W.”

The style is raised scalloped shaped all around the border and trimmed in gilding.

They both measure 7 1/4” diameter.

The condition is very good, antique from turn of the last century.

There are no chips, cracks or crazing. There is visible gold wear on the rims.

The backs are fully marked with H & Co Limoges logo and artist initials.
