Packaging
Bubble wrap, packing paper, and boxes are selected to fit the items securely. All freight items will be palletized, shrink wrapped, and strapped for an additional cost. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package/pallet, so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Unless otherwise stated all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Freight quotes will be provided promptly upon request, or you can select local pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly. Additionally, Quince Medical offers and will quote palletization services upon request. Current rates are $175 for packing and palletizing each standard pallet (Standard pallet size is 40" x 48" x 60") and $300 for packing and palletizing each non-standard pallet. $350 for packing and palletizing each custom reinforced pallet. Crating will require a charge for materials and labor. Please contact us to request a quote and have this charge added to your invoice.

Shipping Internationally or Outside the Continental United States

Unless otherwise stated all international small package orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
