NOTE：

The ignition Switch For all 2003 through 2012 Honda vehicles with a chip in the key. However, the chip you received, the chip key must be matched to the engine computer in order to start the car, so you will have to have a local locksmith do this, the chip is initialized.
If the car will not start due to this problem, an indicator light will come on the dashboard when you start the engine.
To solve this problem, you can: 
Have a local locksmith make a copy of the key you ordered for the lock, but ask them to program the chip so that it matches the chip in the old key.
If you don't have the old key, the locksmith can connect a small machine to the vehicle's OBD2 port and program the car to work with the key that came with the lock.
