We are a UK Limited, VAT registered company formed Wiltshire in August 2000.

Our aim is to provide our customers with excellent, affordable products and to offer you excellent customer service and support, if the time should arise.

All our stock is based in the UK in our own warehouse, some larger heavier items, likes cases and Power Supply Units may be shipped direct from UK Distributors.

We are still The Largest Authorised Premium ThermalTake Reseller on eBay, we have the biggest of range ThermalTake Products in the UK and Europe.

Supplying and supporting ThermalTake products for over 15 years and were upgraded to a Premium Partner by ThermalTake in 2006. 

Approved CoolerMaster Reseller in 2009 and one of the largest Authorised Resellers on eBay, we have been selling CoolerMaster products for over 10 years.

Our Free of Charge Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery is for the UK Only.

Orders are dispatched Mondays to Fridays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday following the weekend.

We use Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD and Evri to deliver your UK orders.

Returns

Product Returns & Cancellations Policy

Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

Items are returned carriage paid by the buyer.

Items are received in a resalable condition.

Items should be returned unused in their original condition.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.

Items returned after 60 days from receipt, will need to be confirmed by us before the Return and the buyer will cover the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

Kool4IT is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Used items: Such items are not resalable

Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund.

Exceptions: If you return an item for a refund which triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item). The refund will be adjusted to remove the original saving or discount which no longer applies.
