PAYMENT
- We only accept the payment by Paypal.
- Buyers are required to carefully follow payment instructions on the checkout page, and note down any necessary details on it (e.g. bank account details).
- If buyers fail to follow the instructions on the checkout page, We are not liable for any unidentified payments and subsequent delivery delays.
- If you are paying through Paypal using eCheck, note that your item can be shipped only after eCheck has cleared.
- All payments are expected within 4 days after the last winning auction is closed. A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received automatically.
SHIPPING
- Our warehouses are located in NJ; CA; KY; TX and other States. All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse. We choose the delivery warehouse according to the buyer's delivery address, and follow the rule that which warehouse is closest to the buyer and the nearest warehouse has items. If the buyer has special needs, please contact the seller.
- Combined shipping discount is offered. Please kindly contact us freely if you need.
- Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Delivery is not available during weekends or public holidays.
- All items will be shipped to the address on Ebay order. Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
- Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Terms of Sale
- If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. 30 days return and exchange is offered.
- Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days.
- Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
