Thanks to its additional mass, the ARCTIC M2 Pro effectively dissipates heat from the chips and passes it on to the environment, resulting in cooler SSD and faster cooling off.

Reliable Performance

The M2 Pro enables M.2 SSDs to work efficiently and achieve high performance even during demanding read and write operations. Even during intensive use, temporary temperature peaks are mitigated, allowing the SSDs to maintain their maximum performance and reducing the risk of thermal throttling.

PS5 Compatible M.2 SSD Cooling

It's possible to expand the storage capacity of the PlayStation 5 by retrofitting a fast M.2 SSD. Sony expressly emphasizes in the instructions that this M.2 storage medium requires a heat sink. The ARCTIC M2 Pro meets the specified requirements and is therefore suitable for installation in the PS5 and PS5 Slim.

TP-3 Thermal Pads Included

The M2 Pro uses two precisely cut ARCTIC TP-3 thermal pads. Due to their softness, they are particularly suitable as thermal pads for M.2 SSDs, as they adapt optimally to the height differences of the controller, RAM and NAND. In addition, the TP-3 offers excellent thermal conductivity, is easy to handle and safe to use.

Easy Assembly for Single- and Double-sided SSDs

The mounting of the ARCTIC M2 Pro does not require screws or rubber bands. Instead, the SSD is placed between the heat sinks using a click process. The NVMe SSD cooler is designed for both single-sided and double-sided 2280 M.2 SSDs. The height differences are compensated for by the included thermal pad.

Returns

Product Returns & Cancellations Policy

Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

Items are returned carriage paid by the buyer.  

Items are received in a resalable condition.

Items should be returned unused in their original condition.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.  

Items returned after 60 days from receipt, will need to be confirmed by us before the Return and the buyer will cover the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

Kool4IT is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt.  We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. 

Exceptions: If you return an item for a refund which triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item). The refund will be adjusted to remove the original saving or discount which no longer applies.
