For sale is a vintage Transogram "Whistling Billy Bubbles" in orange! This is in overall decent condition with signs of light to moderate wear from previous use, age, and storage/display. One of the bubble "hoops" has snapped at the top (pictured). Scuffs and scratches throughout are noted. When assembled, the mouthpiece was not perfectly aligned (pictured).
