After purchasing it new, it was installed on my desktop with little use. 

When it was used, it was mostly for RCA pre-output to powered speakers. 

It comes complete with remote control, instruction manual, power cable (genuine), warranty card, and original box. 

Of course, all have been checked for operation with input and output. 

There is a very small scratch on the upper left corner of the rear of the device, which has been touched up.

The voltage for this electronic device is 100V and

made for Japan usage ONLY. 

In order for you to use this device outside Japan

where the voltage is higher than 100V such as 200V-240V, 

you are required to use a transformer to adjust the voltage

to your local country. 

WIthout using a transformer, this device will be broken.
