This thing is in excellent shape for its age.  Former owner was a hardcore OSU collector/dealer and took good care of it.  Only a few very faint blemishes which made come out from being washed - I took close up photos of what I noticed.  Look at where the pen is pointing in a couple pictures to see where I am talking about.  

Size on the tag is large but I think it's on the lower range of "Large" and maybe touching Medium, due to the cropped fit length.  Width-wise I think it's a Large.  Please consult measurements below!
