Nice Used Condition

I do not know how to grade comics - This comic is 55 years old showing signs of age / handling.

My visual inspection: some spine roll w/ minor stress, some indention / scuffing, minor corner dings, and minimal edge wear, stain top left back, pages intact, with some age fading, rubbing / dirt to white background rear cover. No tears observed.
