Fitting an additional oil cooler to an engine helps to prolong engine life and reliability by maintaining optimal oil operating temperature. To ensure the oil doesn’t lose its lubricating properties, it needs to be kept under 145 degrees C.
This kit is supplied with 4-metres of AN-10 black nylon braided hose. We prefer this to the stainless braided hose because it’s easier to work with and does less damage if it rubs against anything on the vehicle. This is supplied with a 16-row cooler which is 25cm x 12.5cm x 5cm in dimensions. The 16 row is a nice cooler for smaller vehicles and engines where the engine isn’t going to be working too hard and there is restricted space to fit the cooler. If you want to upgrade, see our other listings where you will find larger cooler options and also shrouds with fans to force the air through the cooler.This is a relocation kit which means that it allows for adding a cooler but also relocates the oil filter to a more convenient location within the engine bay. On the plate that the filter mounts to are 2 x 1/8 NPT ports which can be used for turbo oil feeds or gauge sensors if required. There are 6 AN-10 fittings with this kit. 2 x Straight, 2 x 45 Degree, 2 x 90 Degree, they are all the stronger forged type fittings and are anodized black. With this relocation kit 100% of the oil is constantly fed through the cooler, which makes it ideal for track cars.This kit is supplied with a HKS oil filter. HKS are a long-established Japanese tuner who’s work, and product quality are excellent. This HKS filter features a magnet inside to help catch any metal particles in the oil and an anti-drainback valve. Coupled with advanced high flow filtration there probably isn’t a better filter on the market.This kit fits the Toyota SUPRA 2JZ with years 93/05->02/08.These kits are not supplied with the mounting hardware to attach them to the vehicle. You will need to identify the best mounting location on your vehicle and fabricate the brackets to fit.

1: If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us. See the Contact Us page for details; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below. The cost to safely and securely return any unwanted items lies solely with the purchaser.
2: Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 14 working days commencing from the day after receipt. Any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 7 day period without notice during the period we reserve the right to refuse.
3: The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the event that;
a) the product has been fitted
b) if goods are not returned to us in the same condition as sent out, the returned items may be subject to a charge at Kage Trading Limited t/a K-Sport Racing’s discretion. This charge will reflect any damage or repair needed to the item and could be set at an amount up to and including the full original cost of the item.
c) the product has been manufactured to individual requirements and/or on a special order basis.
d) the product has been sold/passed on to a third party. Any goods that are damaged in transit on return to K-Sport Racing due to poor packaging or lack of care on your behalf will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Please ensure all returns are packaged to the same level as when initially received. We require all original manufacturer/branded packaging to be enclosed.
4: Some of the items available from K-Sport Racing will require a signature upon receipt. Prior to signing for goods we ask that you check that the goods are both undamaged and that all goods are in the consignment that should be. Signing for the goods is an acceptance that everything in the delivery is as it should be and undamaged. If your order is being sent to a work address please ensure that the person signing for the goods on your behalf, if not yourself, is aware of what needs to be done on the arrival of the delivery. If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability. Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
5: In the event of an alleged defect with goods fitted and used but still under warranty, the purchaser must return the goods to us for inspection and assessment of the fault. If the defect is deemed a fault covered by warranty and still within the cover period we will pursue the claim with the utmost importance. As outlined below, please contact us prior to making any returns so that we are aware of the return initially and also so we can begin to establish if the fault is one that is covered by the terms of the warranty and ensure that the product is still within the warranty period.
The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
