Return and Refund Policy
Before Returning any product, please contact us through eBay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.
If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, They are welcome to return it, but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on the buyer. We will not pay the return P&P.
All returned goods must be unused, have original packaging with all tags, and be free from wear and tear.Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found to have been used.
For the returned item, we have already incurred postage cost to send them out and that amount will not BE REFUNDED.
For items that have been offered on free postage & packing, a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund.
If you received the faulty item, please let us know with in 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contacting us through eBay messaging. We will provide you with a free post label to return and will send the replacement out upon receiving the faulty one.
NOT CALLED FOR AND RETURNED PARCELS
For all those parcels that were returned to us by the Royal Mail because they were not called for because of wrong address, no one was home The buyer was unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. IN such case, we will only refund price of the product, not the postage cost, as we have already paid for delivery. To arrange the second delivery, the buyer has to pay the shipping even on listings where we offer free P&P; that is just for first delivery. To arrange second delivery, the buyer has to Pay P&P.
