Colors can vary on monitors/devices and due to lighting conditions at the time of photography. So, the plant you receive may change somewhat from the time these pictures were taken to when you receive it, just depending on how it travels, but it should revert back to a color similar to what is shown in the listing photo.

Colours and sizes of succulents change drastically throughout the season due to maturity, temperature, sunlight exposure, and other factors. Plants may appear slightly different, ie dry, wrinkled and smaller when received due to delivery process - drying before packing and travel time.

We Carefully pack your order with the utmost care.  Unfortunately sometimes we can't tell if any damage may happen or if leaves get broke during this process. Unfortunately sometimes damage may also occur during postage which we can't control. Thank you for your understanding.

Plant will send bare roots with Australia express post early of the week. We ship on Monday or Tuesday. This will ensure that the shipped plant doesn’t languish unnecessarily in the box over a weekend.

We are not responsible for Australia Post services. They may extend their usualdelivery time, damage the plant, or lose the item. Please refer your case to Australia Post if you have these problems. We send our items with very good wrapping with care.

To minimise risk we advise sending items registered or insured at your expense.Please note that we are not liable for any lost item if insurance is not purchased. Please let us know if you wish this extra service. We will not resend items or have items returned at our expense.
